Registration is now open for the second edition of the Maldives Maritime Conference 2026, set to take place on 15 April 2026.
Organised by Maldives Ports Limited (MPL), this year’s conference will be held under the theme “Securing Our Seas, Safeguarding Our Future.” The event will bring together policymakers, industry leaders, academics, and maritime professionals from both the Maldives and abroad.
MMC 2026 will explore the changing challenges facing maritime operations, particularly in island and regional settings. The programme will feature keynote addresses, expert panel discussions, and networking sessions designed to encourage dialogue and collaboration.
Key focus areas include port development, maritime security, sustainability, digital transformation, and regional connectivity. These discussions aim to shape a stronger and more resilient maritime future for the Maldives.
Building on the success of its inaugural edition in 2024, the conference continues to serve as an important platform for knowledge sharing, strategic thinking, and partnership building across the global maritime community.
