Maldives Ports Limited (MPL) successfully cleared 165,945 freight tonnes (FT) of cargo during the month of April.
MPL cleared 5307 container consignments and 1479 conventional consignments in April.
During the month, 43 vessels arrived at Male’s Commercial Harbour, including 9 container vessels and 34 conventional cargo vessels.
The company managed the loading and unloading of 6908 TEUs. Of these, 6908 TEUs were unloaded while 5830 TEUs were loaded.
